FLOWERHORN FESTIVAL (Confirmed and Booked)

Since the Father's Day Exhibit was cancelled, this time its REALLY ON!
CONFIRMED AND BOOKED!

FLOWERHORN FESTIVAL

Set Date: AUGUST 6-11,2012
Venue: SM CITY Activity Center

What we need to do this time is to fully occupy the Activity Center for exhibit. Marketing of SM City c/o Mr. Jeffrey Guitche (Manager) is asking if we can do demo's on aquascaping, setting up of aquarium and different things that is related to tropical fishes but more should be given emphasis on FH.

Another thing is that, they are also suggesting for a Flowerhorn Show if possible. This was just a suggestion given by the Marketing Manager.

A tarpaulin is also going to be made so if we have sponsors of all sorts for the exhibit, kindly give me a list of names and post as well the logos here.

Btw, to... ano ni?? pwede For Sale nga mga FH sa exibit?? Para klaro sa tanan. Kag kung me ara gid man, ang pwede makabenefits ang grupo kag other members. Did you clarify this sa Marketing, to??? Please respond.

STRICTLY NO SELLING.

If ever there will be selling of any sort, it should be done outside mall premises or they can take the item/product after mall hours. They just need to get the number of the one selling the fish/fishes and the owner should replace another fish for the exhibit or another exhibitor can benefit the tank which is vacant.

PS: ONLY BEFORE AND AFTER MALL HOURS that we can take out fishes.

Awww. Muna na lang ang avail nga date nila nong bern. Ang sunod nga date nga avail is September. Pero not definite pa. Abi ko gani maka hingabot ka last day kay muna ang comment ni Nang Barb sa FB.

We need one more long carpet as base for the tile flooring. A minimum of 40-50 show tank size is needed and not to mention, the stands. As of the moment, we have 4 definite stands that is available and can hold around 22-24 tanks.

Here is another question guys from Mr. Jerry Lamis (United Iloilo Aquarist Group). Is it okay if their group can display Koi's as well on a different end of the Activity Center? It's just an opinion so that we can highlight Flowerhorns and Kois for the exhibit since this is gonna be a big one. Bigger than the last exhibit that we had last year.

From Sir blackburn? Okay lang na ang sa stand kag tanks. The club will be the one to look for ways to make this exhibit possible and just to keep the tradition and passion alive for all hobbyists.
