Show Rules and Regulations:
1.Participants must submit completed form and full payment on or before February 15, 2010.
2.IloiloFH Officers, judges are not allowed to join the fish competition.
3.Entry forms are to be submitted to iloilofh411@yahoo.com. Payment must be made within 48 hours after submitting the entry form otherwise the entry form will not be processed. Please make deposit to BPI. (Acct. Name: HELEN GRACE S VILLARUZ, Acct. Number: 00522-5-00526-7).
4.The organizer reserves the right to cancel, re-categorize any category, in the event of insufficient entries. In such cases, participants will be notified accordingly.
5.The “Open” class is strictly for fish, which do not belong to the other classes within that category.
6.All participants must wear their Fish Show Identification Card at all times during the show. Failure to wear the ID may result to participant not to be allowed to enter during the competition, servicing tanks, ingress and egress.
7.For Flowerhorn, tanks are provided with blue background including the sides.
8.Participants must provide their own OHF, pink light and heater.
9.Competition fish must be brought to the venue on February 24, 2010 between 5 am to 9 am. Ingress ends at 10 am. Participants must register their fish to the committee in-charge AS SOON AS ORGANIZER HAS FINISHED SETTING UP THE TANKS. Assignment of tank number is on a First-Come-First-Serve basis. Once the fish is accepted and displayed at the venue, participants are not allowed to remove any fish from the tanks unless prior approval has been obtained from the organizer.
10.Fish must be measured either before or after the fish has been placed in the tank.
11.The organizer shall not be held responsible for the loss or mortality of fish or breakage of any equipment due to natural causes or by any unforeseen circumstances.
12.Participants are not allowed to display business cards, stickers, or any sign that will show ownership without the approval of the organizer. The participants shall be automatically disqualified. Fishes tanks and equipment may only be removed at 5am to 9am on March 1, 2010. Penalty for breaching this rule will mean disqualification from the tournament and returning of prizes won.
13.Servicing of aquarium and feeding shall be from 6 am to 9 am only. Participants are strictly not allowed to service or feed their fishes during mall hours without the approval of the organizers.
14.Participants are responsible for their own clutter and may be charged a custodian fee, if necessary.
15.Entry fees are inclusive of the aquarium tank and are non-refundable. All registered competition fish cannot be replaced. Submitted registration forms are non-transferable. Tank size for all categories will be 36x18x18 ( L x W x H )
16.All participants are to collect their fish from the tanks on March 1, 2010 between 5am to 9am. Competition fish, which are not collected after the specified date and time, shall become the property of the organizer.
17.In the event that the competition is postponed, shortened or extended due to any cause whatsoever beyond the control of the organizer, the organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss sustained by the participant, directly, or indirectly, attributed to the elements of nature, force majeure or orders and directives imposed by government authority.
18.Judging will take place on February 27, 2010 from 3 pm to 8 pm. No participants are allowed in the fish competition area during judging.
19.The decision of the panel of judges is final and no disputes will be entertained. The fish will be disqualified immediately if any of the following is observed by the organizers and judges: deformed body, damaged fins, injured body, unhealthy looking fish, entry fish in the wrong class, colored medication or dyes, and late entries.
